It seems like every TV doctor these days is talking about some new pill that will help you lose weight. If you’re like me, you are probably very skeptical about anything they call “magic”. I didn’t really believe my friends when they said they lost weight using Green Coffee Bean Extract. I needed to know for myself, and debunk the claims once and for all.
To do this, I found out what brands my friends were using. I picked the top three, and asked my sister to help me test them. We used the Naturewise version first. After about a week, both of us noticed that we weren’t hungry as early in the day. But we’d both be starving right before bed, which for me meant eating pie. Needless to say, Naturewise wasn’t able to help me lose any weight.
The second brand we tried was Whole Body Research. I noticed the difference between this one and the Naturewise brand right away. It really helped curb my appetite, but it wasn’t leaving me starving at the end of the day. I still ate pie every few days, so I didn’t think I was gonna see results. But after being on Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract for a month, I swear my pants seemed loose! Of course, my sister always has to beat me at everything, so she swears she managed to actually drop a pant size that month (she must not have eaten as much pie).
At this point, I was pretty convinced that all of those TV doctors were telling the truth: you really can lose weight with Green Coffee Bean Extract. We still had one month and one more extract to try before our experiment was over.
Our third brand was Svetol. After our results with the second brand, I had really high hopes for this brand. But I guess when you have Godiva chocolate first; Hershey’s just isn’t going to do it for you. The Svetol might have scored higher if we had it before Whole Body Research. But taking it after, I just felt like I wasn’t really taking anything. It wasn’t nearly as effective at curbing my hunger, and I was back to needing a high-calorie snack before bed. They didn’t really work on my sister at all. She told me she was eating about as much as she did when she wasn’t taking Green Coffee Extract.
So to answer my question from three months ago: Yes. Green Coffee Bean Extract can help you lose weight. But it all depends on the brand. I’m still skeptical of anything said by a TV doctor. And you should be too. But this is one of the few cases where they might actually be telling us the truth. It just depends on what brand of Green Coffee Bean Extract you use.
Personally, I’m ditching the Naturwise and Svetol and ordering myself another bottle by Whole Body Research. In fact, my sister and I are just going to put in a big order together so we can get a discount! I’m so excited for us both to continue our weight loss! If you’d like to join us on our journey, go to www.WholeBodyRearch.com and order a bottle for yourself!
